Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to the Demolition of Pier 10 and Construction of a Crane Weight Test Area Project at U.S. Naval Submarine Base New London

In accordance with regulations implementing the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) as amended, notification is hereby given that NMFS has issued an incidental harassment authorization (IHA) to the U.S. Navy for authorization to take marine mammals incidental to construction activities during the demolition of Pier 10 and construction of a crane weight test area project at U.S. Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, Connecticut.
