The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 28, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time (EDT). The deadline for members of the public to register to participate, including requests to make comments during the meeting and for auxiliary aids, or to submit written comments for dissemination prior to the meeting, is 5:00 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. Members of the public must register by that date to participate. This meeting has a limited number of spaces for members of the public to attend in- person. Requests to participate in-person will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Members of the public who wish to participate should register through the registration portal: https:// www.trade.gov/ettac.
