Proposed Information Collection Request; Comment Request; Establishing No-Discharge Zones (NDZs) Under Clean Water Act Section 312 (Renewal)

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is planning to submit an information collection request (ICR), Establishing No- Discharge Zones (NDZs) Under Clean Water Act Section 312 (Renewal) (EPA ICR Number 1937.10, OMB Control Number 2040-0187) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). Before doing so, EPA is soliciting public comments on specific aspects of the proposed information collection as described below. This is a proposed extension of the ICR, which is currently approved through September 30, 2026. This notice allows for 60 days for public comments.
