Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council (Permitting Council) will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve the reinstatement of an expired collection of information, previously approved as OMB Control No. 3121-0001, Permitting Notice of Initiation. The information collection was previously published in the Federal Register on January 16, 2026, for a 60-day public comment period. No comments were received.
