Certain Cold-Rolled Steel Flat Products From Republic of Korea: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2023

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies were provided to Hyundai Steel Company (Hyundai Steel) and POSCO of certain cold-rolled steel flat products (cold-rolled steel) from the Republic of Korea (Korea). The period of review (POR), is January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. In addition, Commerce is rescinding this review, in part, with respect to 46 companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
