An Act amending Title 62 (Procurement) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in small and disadvantaged businesses, further providing for definitions, for duties of department, for bonding and progress payments and for report to General Assembly; providing for nondiscriminatory procurement procedures; and imposing penalties.
